10/0812:05amShane ZinkOL Out For Year FootZink injured his foot against USC and is likely out for the season.  The junior started 2 games at right guard and 1 at left guard this season.  Zink was filling in for the injured Chris Putton last game when he injured his foot.

11/2210:35amRich RodriquezCoach N/A NoneRodriquez will be introduced today as the new head football coach for the Wildcats.  AD Greg Byrne announced the hire on his twitter account on Monday.  Rodriquez coached at West Virginia (6 straight bowl appearances) and Michigan (15-22 record in 3 seasons.)

11/068:51pmShaquille RichardsonCB Doubtful AnkleRichardson was ejected in the 2nd quarter against UCLA after getting into a fight with Bruin wideout Taylor Embree.  The sophomore received a one game (Washington) suspension from the PAC-12.  Richardson also has been out this week after suffering a high ankle sprain during practice.  He did not play against Utah.

10/309:35pmJourdan GrandonDB Probable Suspension ServedGrandon missed the Washington game after being suspended by the PAC-12 for his actions in a fight against UCLA.  The redshirt freshman has started this season as a nickel back.

10/1511:54pmJustin WashingtonDT Questionable KneeWashington missed the OSU game after having minor knee surgery.  Coach Tim Kish expects the sophomore to be back for the October 20th game against UCLA.  Washington was also battling turf toe and had been sidelined.  He has 10 tackles in four games this season.  He was a freshman All-American last season.
10/1511:53pmChris PuttonLG Questionable AnklePutton injured his ankle during the Oregon game and has been out.  The sophomore hasn't played the past two weeks.  Junior Shane Zink injured his foot in the USC game filling in for Putton.  If Putton can't play and Zink out for the year, the Wildcats will turn to redshirt freshman Carter Lees to start. 
10/1511:53pmJuron CrinerWR Probable KneeCriner injured his right knee against Oregon State and couldn't return.  Coach Tim Kish didn't give any details on the type of injury that the occured to the senior.  Criner has been battling injuries all year.  He was 1st team All-Pac 10 last season but only has 340 yards and 3 TD's on the season.
10/1011:46pmMike StoopsCoach N/A NoneStoops was let go by Arizona today.  The head coach was with the Wildcats for 8 seasons, leading them to 3 straight bowl games.  This year they are only 1-5 with the only victory against Northern Arizona on September 3rd.  Defensive coordinator Tim Kish will lead the Wildcats the rest of the season.

09/2912:00amAustin HillWR Questionable ConcussionHill went down in the 3rd quarter in the loss to Oregon with a concussion.  The injury forced the freshman off the field and he wasn't able to come back.  UofA hasn't released any details on the grade level of his concussion and isn't sure how long Hill might be out.  On the season, Hill has 9 catches for 152 yards.  But the past two games, Hill hasn't caught a ball.
09/277:48pmJuron CrinerWR Probable Hand

Criner suffered a minor hand injury in the Wildcats loss against Oregon.  The senior was able to return after the injury and is expected to play this Saturday.  Coach Mike Stoops listed Criner as probable this week.  On the season, Criner leads the Wildcats with 21 catches for 295 yards and 2 TD's.

09/113:13pmRobert GoldenFS Probable KneeGolden left last week's game with an apparent right knee injury.  He missed a quarter of play but was able to return.  Coach Mike Stoops expects the starter to play this week. 
08/2412:43amBryson BeirneQB Out KneeBeirne sprained his right ACL in scimmage last week.  The fifth-year senior was to back up starter Nick Foles this season.  Surgery will be avoided and Beirne is hoping to be back in 2-3 weeks.  If Beirne is unable to go, the Wildcats will have to either lift senior Matt Scott's redshirt status or use freshman Daxx Garman as back up.
