BAYLOR BEARS INJURY REPORT ARCHIVE 2012
Out For Year
| 09/30 | 6:33pm | Lache Seastrunk | RB | Out For Year | Eligibility | Seastrunk transferred to Baylor after things did not go as planned at Oregon, the school he originally committed to. His request for immediate eligibility from the NCAA has been denied, and he will not play this year. Seastrunk was a blue-chip recruit.
| 08/22 | 8:55pm | Josh Gordon | WR | Out For Year | Left Team | Gordon has left the program after being suspended indefinitely for a violation of team rules. The junior caught 42 passes for 714 yards and seven TDs last season. The Bears have four other receivers who caught more than 42 passes last season returning this fall.

Weekly Injuries
| 10/24 | 4:46pm | Tuswani Copeland | CB | Out | Knee | Copeland has been sidelined since early in camp due to a knee injury and has yet to play this year. The RS freshman was projected as a starter this fall. Senior RB Isaac Williams has switched to CB to give the Bears more depth. Copeland remains out indefinitely.
| 11/27 | 8:34pm | Robert Griffin III | QB | Probable | Concussion | Griffin suffered a concussion in the last game but has already been declared 'probable' for the regular season finale vs. Texas. The junior and Heisman candidate was replaced by fellow junior Nick Florence. Florence would likely get the start vs. the Longhorns if Griffin is unable to go.
| 11/27 | 8:31pm | Chance Casey | S | Doubtful | Ankle | Casey missed the last two games while dealing with an ankle injury and remains doubtful to play Texas. The junior was fourth on the team with 48 tackles before being sidelined and is one of the team leaders in pass breakups.
| 11/27 | 8:31pm | Demetri Goodson | CB/KR | Questionable | Ankle | Goodson has been out with a high ankle sprain and is questionable to return vs. Texas. He has played in four games this season and has one tackle on record.
| 11/09 | 5:20pm | Kendall Wright | WR | Probable | Ankle | Wright has been playing with an ankle injury and is not expected to miss any game action Saturday. The junior leads Baylor with 73 receptions, 971 yards and 9 TDs.
| 11/07 | 12:38am | Gary Mason | DL | Questionable | Undisclosed | Mason was forced to exit the last game with an unspecified injury and is questionable to play at Kansas. The junior ranks second among Bear defenders with 6 tackles for a loss.
| 11/07 | 12:36am | Elliot Coffey | LB | Questionable | Lower Body | Coffey exited the last game with a lower body injury and his status for the week 11 game at KU is uncertain. The senior is second on the team with 59 tackles this year, and he leads the team with 2 INTs.
| 09/18 | 7:35pm | Zac Scotton | DL | Out | Left Team? | Unverifiable sources say Scotton has left the team, yet there is no official word from the school or coach Briles. The senior has some good leadership qualities, but it was generally projected that he wouldn't receive a lot of playing time this season. Consider Scotton out indefinitely, possibly the year.
| 10/31 | 2:06am | Tyler Stephenson | CB | Questionable | Ankle | Stephenson had to be helped off the field during the season opener and could not put any weight on his left leg. The sophomore starter has not returned to action yet as he has been recovering from a high ankle sprain. Since week four, fellow sophomore K.J. Morton has taken over the starting job opposite Chance Casey.
