11/19	2:01am	Zak Hill	S	Out For Year	Hand	Hill suffered a broken hand in the last game and will miss the remainder of the season. The senior took over one of the safety positions early this season with Phillip Thomas and Derron Smith both out. The secondary is woefully thin for the Bulldogs now.
11/01	2:03am	A.J. Ellis	RB	Out For Year	Left Team	Ellis has left the football team and will transfer to another school. The junior played in five games and recorded two rushing attempts for a total of 1 yard.

10/13	9:42pm	Edward Dillihunt	LB	Out For Year	Left Team	Redshirt freshman Edward Dillihunt is no longer with the team. He wanted to play on offense but the coaching staff would not move him over from defense. He played in five games this year and totaled three tackles.
09/30	7:09pm	Derron Smith	S	Out For Year	Arm	Smith suffered a broken arm and will miss the remainder of the season. The sophomore had 16 tackles in three games. The Bulldogs have lost both their starting safeties this year. Inexperienced juniors Terrance Dennis and Cristin Wilson will start until senior Zak Hill recovers from his hamstring injury.
09/02	4:43pm	Erik Brown	DB	Out For Year	Left Team	Brown has left the team in search of playing time at University of Texas-San Antonio.The sophomore ended fall camp as a third-stringer.

08/22	9:23pm	Tapa Taumoepeau	FB	Out For Year	Knee	Taumoepeau injured a knee recently and an MRI has revealed a torn ACL. The junior will miss the 2011 season.

08/18	4:35pm	Nikko Motto	DL	Out For Year	Suspended	Junior reserve Nikko Motto has been suspended for the season for unspecified reasons. Coach Hill said his two-deep chart is changing daily as he searches for new backups.
08/18	4:32pm	Anthony Williams	DL	Out For Year	Suspended	Williams has been suspended for the season for unspecified reasons. The sophomore was expected to back up the defensive tackles this fall.

09/02	4:33pm	Phillip Thomas	FS	Out	Leg	Thomas suffered a broken leg and high ankle sprain Wednesday and will likely miss the entire 2011 season. The junior is the Bulldogs' top DB and playmaker and is expected to need at least 8 to 12 weeks of recovery. Fellow junior Cristin Wilson will replace Thomas in the starting lineup in the season opener. Wilson has never been in a game.

He was allowed to practice this week, but coach Hill said Knox will have to win his starting job back. Knox may not start Saturday vs. SJSU, but is upgraded to probable to play. He ranks fourth on the team with 44 tackles this year.

The senior has been the main lead blocker for tailback Robbie Rouse, who has rushed for 672 yards in six games this year. He will likely be replaced by true freshman Malique Micenheimer in week seven (Utah State).

10/18	7:55pm	Rashad Evans	WR	Questionable	Concussion	Evans suffered concussion-like symptoms in the last game and is questionable to return in time for Nevada. The junior leads the team with 29 receptions but only owns an 8.8 yards per catch average. Six Fresno players have 11 receptions or more so fare this year.
10/16	10:20pm	Leslie Cooper	OL	Questionable	Personal	Cooper's father passed away last week and the starting lineman was not available for the Utah State game. Both Matt Hunt and Richard Helepiko returned from their injuries last week, so there is some added depth if Cooper is not available again this weekend.

Coach Hill was forced to insert a freshman into the offensive line and shuffle one of the starting guards to play center. Helepiko has been upgraded to probable for Boise State.
10/03	2:33am	AJ Ellis	RB	Doubtful	Ankle	Ellis missed the last two games with an ankle injury and remains doubtful for Boise State. The junior backup has played in three games this year and has one carry for minus two yards. Robbie Rouse will continue to carry most of the load.

The senior started the week two game at free safety and has two tackles on the season. Sophomore Cristin Wilson was the free safety starter in week three and junior Terrance Dennis in week four. FSU has moved a couple cornerbacks to safety and now will be called upon as primary reserves.
