10/27	3:56pm	Ray Graham	RB	Out For Year	Knee	Graham will miss the rest of the season after injuring his right knee against Connecticut. Graham will require surgery on the knee. The junior was the nations 2nd leading rusher heading into the game. Graham went down on Pitt's first possession. He finished the game with 2 rushes for 19 yards. Senior Zach Brown filled in for the injured Graham.

11/02	2:01am	Kevin Adams	LB	Out For Year	Dismissed	Adams has been dismissed from the Pitt football team. The redshirt sophomore played in all 8 games this season, recording 11 tackles. Athletic officials only stated that Adams was dismissed for disciplinary reasons.

10/27	4:01pm	Matt Rotheram	RT	Out For Year	Ankle	Rotheram fractured his ankle in the game against Connecticut and will miss the rest of the season. The redshirt freshman will have surgery on the ankle later this week and should be ready for contact next season.
10/27	4:00pm	Cameron Sadler	WR	Out For Year	Sternum	Sadler fractured his sternum in the game against Connecticut and will miss the rest of the season. The junior had 19 catches on the season for 207 yards and 1 TD.

10/26	8:07pm	Salath Williams	WR	Out For Year	Shoulder	Williams will miss the rest of the season after having surgery on his right shoulder. The redshirt freshman played in 5 games this season but had 0 catches.
10/24	8:43pm	Jason Hendricks	SS	Out For Year	Shoulder	Hendricks will miss the rest of the season after injuring his shoulder. The sophomore had started all 7 games this season. Junior Andrew Taglianetti will start in place of Hendricks.

09/23	10:20pm	Chris Jacobson	LG	Out For Year	Knee	Jacobson will have season ending surgery on his left knee next week. The senior will petition the NCAA for a sixth year of eligibility. Jacobson went down in the fourth quarter against Iowa. He had started all season and all 13 games last season. Sophomore Cory King will start in his place.

09/12	11:21pm	Brock DeCicco	TE	Out For Year	Transfer	DeCicco has decided to take his talents to Wisconsin. The sophomore will have to sit out this season but will be available to play next year. DeCicco will have two seasons of eligibility remaining. He had no catches in his career at Pitt.

08/30	1:32am	Bryan Murphy	OLB	Out For Year	Ineligible	Murphy has been ruled academically ineligible this season. The sophomore will use his redshirt this season. Murphy was seeing plenty of playing time this offseason in backing up Brandon Lindsey.
08/06	1:44am	Dan Schneider	TE	Out For Year	Shoulder	Schneider has decided to leave football for good due to a shoulder issue. He plans to pursue a medical degree.
08/06	1:38am	Kolby Gray	DB	Out For Year	Transfer	Gray has decided to transfer to Baylor. The sophomore played in 12 games last season and recorded 10 tackles. Had he stayed a Panther, Gray was likely to be the No. 2 free safety behind junior starter and BigEast 2nd Team honoree Jarred Holley.
08/05	9:10pm	Brandon Sacco	OL	Out For Year	Left Team	Sacco has left the football program, according to coach Graham. The RS freshman was projected to start this fall at center. Junior Ryan Turnley might get the first look at starting center when camp opens next week.
08/05	3:49pm	Jeremiah Bryson	RB	Out For Year	Transfer	True freshman Jeremiah Bryson has left Pitt football and will walk on at Middle Tennessee. There is not a ton of experience behind junior starter Ray Graham.

11/28	7:34pm	Zack Brown	RB	Questionable	Sternum	Brown bruised his sternum during the West Virginia game. The senior is questionable this week according to coach Todd Graham. Brown has 336 yards this season and 5 TD's. True freshman Isaac Bennett will start if Brown can't play.
11/28	7:23pm	Ronald Jones	WR	Doubtful	Concussion	Jones suffered a concussion during the West Virginia game and might not be available to play in the season finale. The freshman has 11 catches on the season for 107 yards.
11/20	7:38pm	Lucas Nix	RG	Out	Knee	Nix injured his knee during the USF game. Coach Todd Graham said the MRI exam on the knee showed no major damage. Good news for Pitt after losing their other starting guard for the season earlier. Sophomore Ryan Schlieper replaced Nix during the USF game. Nix hasn't played the past 5 games.
11/20	7:37pm	Dan Mason	LB	Out	Knee	Mason suffered a severely dislocated knee during the Miami game last fall and is still out indefinitely. There has been no timetable set for his return. The sophomore started two of the first three games for the Panthers last year prior to the injury and recorded 16 tackles. Mason has yet to play this season.
11/20	7:36pm	Trey Anderson	QB	Out	Hand	Anderson has been sidelined after developing tendonitis in his throwing hand. He has not been able to practice. Coach Todd Graham said that redshirt freshman Mark Myers took all the 2nd team reps in practice and will be the backup QB until Anderson can come back.

10/24	8:47pm	Todd Thomas	LB	Probable	Leg	Thomas has been out the past two games with a leg injury. The redshirt freshman had started the previous 5 games. Coach Todd Graham said that Thomas is back at practice and will play this week.
10/21	11:24pm	Ed Tinker	WR	Doubtful	Leg	Tinker injured his leg in the season opener. The sophomore has not been able to play since the injury. Tinker will be used mainly as a backup this season.

09/11	11:49pm	Anthony Gonzalez	QB	Probable	Suspended	Gonzalez served a two-game suspension for a violation of team rules. The RS freshman participated in training camp but it appears that fellow RS freshman Mark Myers will be starter Tino Sunseri's main backup to start the season. Coach Todd Graham hasn't said how much time, if any, Gonzalez will play this week.

The freshman was hospitalized but then later released and it wasn't immediately known what caused the problem. No word yet on when he'll return to action. He was expected to have a limited role this year. Patton did not play in the season opener and is questionable for week 2.

08/05	9:04pm	Todd Thomas	LB	Questionable	Knee	Thomas sat out spring practice while still recovering from a knee injury and his status is uncertain for the season opener. The RS freshman was moved over from WR to play a hybrid LB/Safety position and was projected to start this fall.
08/05	8:50pm	Ejuan Price	LB	N/A	None	Price was granted a release from his letter of intent with Ohio State and is eligible to play this fall at Pittsburgh. The true freshman just might have a chance to earn significant playing time right away with a couple of injuries sidelining sophomore Dan Mason and RS freshman Todd Thomas. Price played in the season opener.
