09/20	11:12pm	Justin Hunter	WR	Out For Year	Knee	Hunter is out for the year after tearing his ACL against Florida on the opening drive. The sophomore was having a breakout year for the Vols' with 17 catches for 314 yards and 2 TD's. Now Tennessee will have to rely on freshman DeAnthony Arnett to step up in place of Hunter. Arnett finished the Florida game with 8 catches for 59 yards.

11/02	2:10am	Brent Brewer	SS	Out For Year	Knee	Brewer tore the ACL in his right knee in the game against South Carolina. The sophomore will miss the rest of the season. Brewer started all 8 games this season. He will finish the year with 24 tackles.

09/29	11:50pm	Naz Oliver	WR	Out For Year	Wrist	Oliver had wrist surgery and will miss the season. The redshirt sophomore has yet to play for the Vols. He redshirt in 2009, out for the year with a torn ACL in 2010, and will miss this season with wrist surgery.

08/25	3:32am	Janzen Jackson	FS	Out For Year	Dismissed	Jackson was dismissed from the team on Wednesday. Coach Derek Dooley didn't go into specifics for the dismissal, only to refer to the reason as Jackson's long drama. The junior has had a history of drug problems and reports are that he failed multiple drug tests. Jackson made 69 tackles and had a team-high 5 interceptions last season.

08/30	12:20am	Toney Williams	RB	Out For Year	Transfer	Williams is no longer with the Vols and plans to transfer. The sophomore battled multiple injuries and carried the ball just five times in his two years in Knoxville. He hasn't decided on where he will be going.
08/06	3:23pm	Montori Hughes	DT	Out For Year	Dismissed	Hughes was dismissed from the football team in June. The junior apparently had troubles both on and off the field and coach Dooley had had enough. The Vols are extremely thin along the defensive line this fall and will have to rely on some very green true freshman to fill in behind the starters.
08/06	3:18pm	Kevin Revis	OL	Out For Year	Transfer	Reserve offensive lineman Kevin Revis has transferred to Tennessee-Chattanooga. He played one game as a backup Volunteer.

11/25	7:42pm	Nick Branum	DB	Out	Suspended	Branum has been suspended for a violation of team rules. The sophomore has appeared in 2 games this season. No word yet on when Branum might be re-instated.
11/25	7:41pm	CJ Fleming	DB	Out	Suspended	Fleming has been suspended and will miss the season finale. The senior is out for violating an unspecified team rule. Fleming has not played this season.
11/25	7:39pm	Matt Milton	WR	Out	Suspended	Milton has been suspended for a violation of team rules. The sophomore has one catch on the year for 12 yards. Coach Derek Dooley didn't say when Milton would be re-instated.
11/20	7:13pm	Steven Fowlkes	DL	Out	Eligibility	Fowlkes has been dealing with academic issues and could not play the past 10 weeks. Fowlkes has a total of 4 tackles in 2 years at Tennessee.
09/07	12:09am	Herman Lathers	LB	Out	Ankle	Lathers fractured an ankle back in June. The junior ranked second on the team last year with 75 tackles and is the Vols top returning tackler. He missed spring practice with a shoulder injury. Lathers has decided to have surgery on his injured ankle and is out indefinitely.

11/15	11:05pm	Tyler Bray	QB	Questionable	Thumb	Bray broke his thumb in the Georgia game. The sophomore hasn't been able to play since. Bray has 1579 yards and 14 TD's on the season.

10/11	12:33am	Tauren Poole	RB	Probable	Hamstring	Poole injured his hamstring in the first half against Georgia and didn't return. The senior is the leading rusher for the Vols. He has 325 yards and 1 TD on the season. Coach Derek Dooley hasn't commented on the status of Poole for the upcoming LSU game.

09/13	4:51pm	Dallas Thomas	LT	Probable	Knee	Thomas is suffering from a knee injury that occured during the second half of the Cincinnati game. The junior did not return to the game but is expected to play this week against Florida. An MRI earlier this week showed the sprain was mild. Thomas started all 13 games last season. Alex Bullard, the transfer from Notre Dame and starting left guard, shifted over to left tackle after the injury with true freshman Marcus Jackson coming in at left guard.
09/12	12:52am	Greg King	LB	Questionable	Knee	King has been bothered with swelling in his right knee, the same one he had arthroscopic surgery for during the summer. The junior is questionable for week 3. The oft-injured linebacker missed most of last year with a knee injury. He has yet to play this season.
09/12	12:51am	Matt Milton	WR	Doubtful	Abdominal	Milton reaggravated an abdominal injury last month in practice. He will have limited playing time this season and is doubtful for the third week. Milton has yet to play this season.

08/24	12:33am	Zach Rogers	WR	Questionable	Arm	Rodgers has been out of practice with a deep bruise in his right triceps. The junior had emerged this preseason as the team's top option at the third receiver position. The injury is not considered to be serious but Coach Derek Dooley did not provide a timetable for return. Freshmen Vincent Dallas and DeAnthony Arnett will compete for the spot if Rogers is unable to play.
