| 11/22 | 2:02am | Stetson Burnett | OL |  Out For Year | Knee | Burnett suffered a torn ACL in the last game and will miss the remainder of the season. The sophomore guard was carted off the field and was relieved by Brian DeShane, who has 28 games of experience.

| 09/05 | 10:55am | Darrell Zellars | DL | Out For Year | Academics | Zellars did not show up for camp this summer and is reportedly no longer with the team due to academic issues. The senior was to contend for a starting job on the defensive front line this fall.

| 09/05 | 10:52am | John Flanders | CB | Out For Year | Academics | Flanders has been declared academically ineligible and will not play this year. Senior Milton Howell has taken over Flanders' starting job.

| 08/06 | 4:53pm | Shavodrick Beaver | QB | Out For Year | Transfer | Beaver has left the Tulsa football program to transfer to another school, likely Midwestern State University. The junior backup was stuck behind starting senior GJ Kinne. RS freshman Kalen Henderson likely moves up to No. 2 but sophomores Stephen Rouse and Malachia Blankenship might have something to say about that.

| 10/25 | 8:13pm | Thomas Roberson | WR |  Out | Foot | Roberson has yet to play this season due to a foot injury and the school is expected to apply for a medical redshirt. He was the team's second leading returning receiver from last year after grabbing 30 passes for 367 yards and two TDs. With Damaris Johnson also out, the Golden Hurricane have struggled to find a consistent deep threat this year.

| 08/26 | 3:19pm | Damaris Johnson | WR | Out | Suspended | Johnson has been suspended indefinitely after his girlfriend was arrested Thursday for felony embezzlement. He apparently only paid $12.91 for over $1,500 worth of merchandise and his girlfriend was the Macy's store employee who helped him with the transaction. The senior is the NCAA's career all-purpose yardage leader and was a second-team AP All-American last season.

| 11/22 | 2:06am | Willie Carter | H-Back |  Questionable | Undisclosed | Carter was held out of the last game as a precautionary measure and is questionable to play vs. Houston. The junior has started seven games this year and has 61 rushing yards on 12 carries. He leads the team, however, with 57 catches for 826 yards and six TDs.

| 11/07 | 1:35am | Trey Watts | RB | Questionable | Head | Watts took a shot to the head in the last game and was forced to leave the contest. The sophomore is questionable to play vs. Marshall in week 11. He leads all Golden Hurricane runners with 568 rushing yards this year.

| 09/18 | 11:14pm | GJ Kinne | QB | Out | Knee | Kinne likely suffered a Grade II MCL tear on his left knee vs. Oklahoma St. and can be expected to miss at least two to four weeks. Tulsa does not release information on injuries unless they are season-ending. The senior stud QB has led Tulsa in rushing the past two years. RS freshman Kalen Henderson will be the starter while Kinne is sidelined.
