11/09	1:20am	Brad Starks	WR	Out For Year	Knee	Starks will miss the rest of the regular season with a knee injury. The senior got injured during the Louisville game. Starks is the main kick returner for the Mountaineers and also a talented wide receiver. He has 14 catches on the season for 174 yards and 4 TD's.

08/30	1:51am	Daquan Hargrett	RB	Out For Year	Transfer	Hargrett has decided to transfer to FIU. The redshirt sophomore is applying for a NCAA hardship exception to be able to play this season. He was to be a backup for the Mountaineers.

08/07	5:10pm	Josh Jenkins	OG	Out For Year	Knee	Jenkins suffered a knee injury during the spring game that required surgery and is expected to miss the entire 2011 season. The senior has started 24 games in his Mountaineer career. Nothing is set in stone, but it appears RS freshman Quinton Spain will move into the starting lineup at tackle and junior Jeff Braun will move from tackle to Jenkins' vacated guard spot.

08/07	5:15pm	Brian Athey	QB	Out For Year	Left Team	Athey decided to leave the Mountaineers and has transferred to Illinois State. The incoming freshman enrolled in January to take part in spring practice. Walk-on Paul Millard and RS freshman Scotty Frisina will contend for the backup job behind junior starter Geno Smith.
08/01	2:29pm	Branko Busick	LB	Out For Year	Legal Issues	Busick was charged with armed robbery in July and has subsequently been dismissed from the football team. The sophomore was expected to compete for the starting middle linebacker position this season. He made three tackles last year as a RS freshman before suffering a hand injury. His father, Nick, is the former WWF wrestler Big Bully Busick.

Freshman Dustin Garrison has been getting the carries and rushed for 291 yards and 2 TD's against Bowling Green last week.
